Drip, Stiff Handle, or Weak Flow
A drip from the spout is the cartridge or the seat. A drip from the base of the handle is usually an O-ring or packing. Those are different parts and knowing which one you have gets the right thing on the truck.
A handle that's gone stiff is mineral build-up, which is expected on moderately hard county water. Sometimes that's a clean-and-lubricate rather than a part.
Weak flow at one fixture only is almost always the aerator, and it's the one repair we'll happily talk you through on the phone: unscrew it, rinse the screen, put it back. Weak flow at every fixture is a pressure question instead.

When Replacement Is Genuinely Right
Parts don't exist for every fixture. Some discontinued models can't be rebuilt because nobody makes the cartridge any more, and rebuilding a fixture with a cracked body is throwing money at it.
If you're remodelling and simply want something new, that's a fine reason and it's your call rather than a plumbing necessity. We'll install what you've bought.

Is it cheaper to repair or replace a dripping faucet? +
Repair, in most cases. A drip from the spout is typically a worn cartridge, and that part costs far less than a fixture plus installation. Replacement makes sense when parts are discontinued or the body itself is cracked.
Why is only one faucet slow? +
Almost always the aerator on the end of the spout clogging with mineral debris. Unscrew it, rinse the screen, and thread it back on. If every fixture is slow instead, the issue is pressure or supply rather than that faucet.
Can you install a faucet I bought myself? +
